The BTT Mountain Biking Information Centre in Baix Empordà is located on the Greenway between Girona and Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Ruta del carrilet II), in a former railway station.

Here, you can access the full spectrum of services related to cycling and mountain biking tourism: bicycle rentals and repairs, a wealth of free information like route brochures, regional maps and local trail maps, a cafe, and changing rooms with showers.

Torre Maria is a house built in 1932 by the commission of the Cuban millionaire Angel Perez in the Novecento style. The structure has two storeys, a tower on the northern side, and an arched gallery that serves as a base for the terraces of the second floor.

The tower Maria is a heritage building included on the list of architectural monuments of Catalonia. Today, it houses the tourism office of La Bisbal d’Empordà.
